How does the productivity of workers change as they get older?

At 3pm on Tuesday 1 April 2025, the House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee, as part of its inquiry on the impact of ageing on the UK economy, will be taking evidence from:
- Dr Ben Brindle, Researcher, Migration Observatory
- Mary Gregory, Director of Population Statistics, ONS.
This evidence session, which is open to the public, will be held in Committee Room 4 of the House of Lords. It will also be streamed live and on demand on Parliament TV.
