The House of Lords will discuss single-sex spaces for NHS staff, using frozen Libyan assets to provide compensation to victims of IRA terrorism, prosthetics for amputees and access to banking and finance for small businesses, in four short debates on Thursday 1 May.
Lords Thursday debates
One Thursday each month, the House of Lords holds four short debates (one hour each) in Grand Committee. On Thursday 1 May from 1pm, members will debate the following subjects:
Single-sex spaces for NHS staff
Members will debate ensuring all NHS staff have sufficient access to single-sex spaces, put forward by Lord Arbuthnot of Edrom (Conservative).
