Questions
The Lords quizzes the government on steps to tackle knife crime, ensuring the police act proportionately in stop and search, reducing pupil absenteeism, waiting lists for mental health care, and the increased risk of wildfires caused by climate change.
Bills
Members continue to check and change the Renters' Rights Bill and Employment Rights Bill, debate the key principles of the Sentencing Guidelines (Pre-sentence Reports) Bill, and 'tidy up' the Property (Digital Assets etc) Bill.
Debates
The elimination of antisemitism on university campuses, plus the 80th Anniversary of Victory in Europe and Victory Over Japan are on the agenda.
Committees
- The Communications and Digital Committee speaks to experts at Google, TikTok and Roblox as part of its inquiry on media literacy.
- With academics from the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge and the Diplomatic Academy, Vienna, the International Agreements Committee looks at how to make treaty scrutiny more effective.
- The Home-based Working Committee continues its inquiry by hearing from experts at Network Rail, Transport for London, and Transport for Manchester.

Legislation
The Lords continues to check and change the Renters' Rights Bill.
Orders and regulations
The Lords debates genetic technology and a 'motion to regret' the regulations put forward by Baroness Bennett of Manor Castle. If agreed to this would not stop the regulations, but will give members a chance to put their concerns on record.
From 3.45pm in Grand Committee, work away from the chamber, members consider further regulations on:
- whiplash injury
- legal aid for domestic abuse
- VE Day licensing hours
- Cornwall Council regulations
- onshore wind and solar generation
- medical devices.
Wednesday

The Lords presses the government on:
- reducing pupil absenteeism
- meetings between the Prime Minister and the First Minister of Wales
- Criminal Cases Review Commission
- fourth question to be determined.
Legislation
Members debate the key principles and main purpose of the Sentencing Guidelines (Pre-sentence Reports) Bill.

The Lords discusses the elimination of antisemitism on university campuses.
Thursday
