- 'tidy up' the Non-Domestic Ratings (Multipliers and Private Schools) Bill
- consider Commons reasons and amendments to the National Insurance Contributions (Secondary Class 1 Contributions) Bill.
From 3.45pm in Grand Committee, work away from the chamber, members continued detailed examination of the Armed Forces Commissioner Bill.

Members debated changes to certain local authority elections in England, in a 'motions to annul' put forward by Baroness Jones of Moulsecoomb and Baroness Pinnock, and 'motion to regret' from Baroness Scott of Bybrook.

Following a statement, members pressed the government on the conflict in Gaza.

- Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2025
- Electronic Communications (Networks and Services) (Designated Vendor Directions) (Penalties) Order 2025
- Town and Country Planning (Fees and Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2025.

The Lords began further checks on the Bus Services (No.2) Bill, 'tidied up' the Football Governance Bill and considered Commons amendments to the Non-Domestic Rating (Multipliers and Private Schools) Bill.
From 4.15pm in Grand Committee, members continued line by line examination of the Armed Forces Commissioner Bill.
Orders and regulations
The Lords considered Lord Junt of King Heath's 'motion to approve' the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2025 and a motion to regret the regulations put forward by Baroness Hoey.

Following an urgent question in the House of Commons on Tuesday 25 March, members debated asylum hotels and illegal channel crossings.

Statement
The Lords questioned the government on the the Spring Statement, following it's appearance in the House of Commons on Wednesday 26 March.
