The Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill, which would change the law on a range of issues - from apprenticeships to enhancing training opportunities - was examined in the House of Lords during committee stage on 16 June

During committee stage every suggested change (amendment) to the Bill can be discussed and every clause (part) has to be agreed to. Any Member can take part and votes can happen.
