Committee on Climate Change replies to EAC on Fracking

On the 4 February the Committee wrote to Matthew Bell, Chief Executive, Committee on Climate Change on the impact of fracking on carbon budgets, following the EAC’s report on ‘Environmental risks of fracking’. On the 23 February the Committee received a response from the Committee on Climate Change.
