1.  RESPONSE TO ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

The Commission agreed its response to the Administration Committee's report on Catering and Retail Services in the House of Commons (HC 560).

2.  STRATEGIC PROPERTY REVIEW

The Commission took note of the paper, including the Management Board's decision to dispose of its leases at 4 Millbank and fully occupy 14 Tothill Street.

3.  LEGG REVIEW: OUTCOME OF FURTHER APPEAL (MEC)

The Committee agreed a report to the House about a late appeal against a decision made by Sir Thomas Legg in his review of past ACA payments, appended the appeal outcome to the report and ordered that the report be published the same day.

4.  DATE OF NEXT MEETING

The next meeting of the Commission/MEC will take place on Monday 17 October at 4.30 pm in Speaker's House.

ACCOUNTING OFFICER

The Commission appointed Robert Rogers as Accounting Officer for the Administration Estimate, with effect from 1 October.
