1. ACCOMMODATION POLICY AND PROPOSALS
The Commission agreed the proposals in the paper and amended and agreed the proposed accommodation policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE NURSERY
The Commission agreed to extend eligibility to use the nursery to (i) Peers, Peers' staff and House of Lords staff and (ii) civil servants with parliamentary passes, restricted in the latter case to 12 month contracts.
3. MEAC TERMS OF REFERENCE (MEC)
The Committee agreed new terms of reference for the Members Estimate Audit Committee.
4. EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS (MEC)
The Committee agreed that Mr Speaker should raise with IPSA the matter of assistance for Members in respect of employment tribunals.
5. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the Commission/MEC will take place on Monday 20 June at 4.30pm in Speaker's House.
