Houses of Parliament Gift Shops
Parliament has two shops accessible to the public that offer a broad range of gifts and souvenirs, as well as an online shop offering worldwide delivery options.
Houses of Parliament Shop
The Houses of Parliament shop is located at 12 Bridge Street on the corner of Parliament Square and is accessible to all. Inside this shop you will find House of Commons and House of Lords merchandise, a range ‘Big Ben’ gifts and souvenirs, a selection of books, and many other items inspired by the history and heritage of Parliament.
This shop is also the collection point for Click & Collect orders placed online at shop.parliament.uk.

Please note that the Houses of Parliament Shop does not sell tour tickets. Tickets can be purchased from the Ticket Office located at the front of Portcullis House on Victoria Embankment.
Jubilee Shop
The Jubilee Shop is located next to the Jubilee Café just off Westminster Hall and is open to all visitors to Parliament. The shop is accessible at the beginning and end of tours of Parliament and can also be accessed from the café. The shop stocks a wide range of House of Commons, House of Lords and Houses of Parliament items.

Online Shop
The Houses of Parliament online shop offers a wide array of gifts, books, stationery, homeware, food and drink. A selection of artwork from the Parliament’s Heritage Collections is also available to buy as custom prints.

Delivery
Postage to UK addresses is £4.95, or FREE on orders over £50*. Postage to overseas addresses starts from £10.95 for delivery within Europe, or £16.95 to the rest of the world.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and are sent tracked by Royal Mail, DHL or Parcelforce.
Click & Collect
The online shop offers a free Click & Collect service, with collection usually available next day. The collection point is the Houses of Parliament Shop on 12 Bridge Street.
